Call the line for your region or use any form on the site — sixty seconds covers it. Emergencies are answered by a real person 24 hours a day; planned work can be described at whatever detail you like. The better you describe the symptoms (our guides help), the more accurate your price.
2. We match a vetted engineer
Your job routes to the nearest available engineer with the right qualifications — every one pre-vetted for insurance, credentials and genuine reviews. Unvented cylinder work goes only to G3-certified engineers; anything gas-related is honestly redirected to our Gas Safe heating partner, because that's the law and good sense.
3. Price agreed, job done
Defined jobs get a fixed price before work starts. Diagnostic and emergency work gets a clearly stated call-out and rate before anyone travels. You approve; the work happens; the invoice matches the agreement. That founding rule is most of why our engineers get recommended onward.
