What we require
Public liability insurance (£2m+), verifiable qualifications or time-served experience, G3 certification for any unvented work you take, no gas work through the network, and a commitment to the partner standards — prices before work, premiums declared at booking, honest triage. We re-verify on renewal and act on complaint patterns.
