The service

TrueFlow Plumbers operates a network that matches plumbing jobs to vetted independent engineers. Your contract for the work itself is with the engineer or their firm; our role is vetting, matching and holding partners to the published standards. Prices are agreed between you and the engineer before work starts — that agreement, not this page, governs the job.

Guides & pricing information

Guide content and price bands are honest general guidance for UK homes, not a survey of your property, and indicative ranges are not quotes. Emergency guidance describes typical safe steps; your circumstances govern — if anything feels unsafe, prioritise safety and professional help. Nothing here is a substitute for the judgement of a qualified engineer on site, and gas work always requires a Gas Safe registered engineer.

Liability & scope

Engineers carry their own public liability insurance, which is where workmanship claims sit. We accept liability for our own service (vetting, matching, this site) to the extent the law requires and no further; nothing limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
